Position Description

An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks a PMHNP to join their newly renovated clinic housing an established, collegial team in northeastern Iowa due to community growth and need:

  • 4-day workweek and no call
  • Outpatient only providing care to patients of all ages (5 and up)
  • IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
  • Up to $160,000 package including tuition reimbursement, potential annual quality and productivity bonuses, competitive base, CME and more!
  • Flexibility to structure your schedule to suit your preferences and low patient volume of around 10 patients per day allowing time for comprehensive care
