Greetings!

 

The Iowa Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) is pleased to offer the Annual NAPNAP Iowa Conference on Thursday October 1, 2026 1:00 PM-5:45 PM  and Friday October 2, 2026 7:30AM – 3:15PM at the Iowa Memorial Union in Iowa City on the college campus. This conference targets nurses with a variety of degrees across the state of Iowa. Content focuses on contemporary pediatric topics, designed to enhance nurses’ professional practice, both in the primary and acute pediatric care settings. This event annually draws 30-40 or more participants.

 

Exhibitors will be in the Ballroom where the conference is taking place to enable easy traffic flow to the exhibitors at registration time, cocktail hour, breakfast, lunch and break times. To encourage attendee interaction with the exhibitors, we will again offer a drawing for prizes to those who complete vendor passport.

 

We cordially invite you to participate as a conference sponsor at one of the following levels:

 

Option #1: Conference Exhibitor | $450

We are currently accepting exhibitors for this year’s conference. Exhibit times are Thursday October 1, 2026 from 1:00 pm-6:00 pm and Friday October 2, 2026 from 7:30 am -2:15 pm. Exhibitors will receive table space in the main conference ball room, as well as the opportunity to network with conference attendees at identified break times. All exhibitors will receive logo recognition at the event.

 

Option #2: Meal Sponsor | Breakfast Estimated at $1,000 | Lunch Estimated at $2,000

Please consider supporting our event by sponsoring breakfast or lunch for conference attendees. Meal sponsors will receive logo recognition at the event. Meal sponsors will also have their logo and website highlighted on our event website and receive mention from the podium.

 

Option #3: Cocktail Hour Sponsor | Estimated at $1,500

We are seeking a sponsor for our networking cocktail hour, held annually the night before or the night of the conference. Networking and collaboration play a crucial role in our ability to better support Iowa’s pediatric population. This event allows nurses and practitioners from across the state to come together and connect on a personal and professional level. Our Cocktail Hour Sponsor will receive logo recognition at the event.  Cocktail hour sponsors will have also their logo and website highlighted on our event website and receive mention from the podium.
